Elder Care Family Services offers geriatric care management services to elderly persons and their families. A wide range of elder care services is available for helping elders to maintain their quality of life. Case management is provided by a licensed clinical social worker with experience in geriatrics and elder care. Tracy Rosenhand, Ph.D., is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the National Association of Social Workers.
